Desert-inspired Design for an Apothecary

Skye is a gifted herbalist and licensed massage therapist in the quiet mountain town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. She had rented office spaces for years and was ready to grow her business into a public storefront, with event spaces and dedicated rooms for her holistic bodywork services. She was also ready to create her own in-house line of teas, elixirs, and body oils, and needed a brand that could adapt to various kinds of packaging, store signage, and branded merchandise.

The process for her visual identity was very collaborative. It was important to bring in a sense of the Four Corners region (where she sources all her herbs) and match it with a more “gypsy” vibe. We built her website on Squarespace, including an online shop for all her in-house and wholesale products, as well as a robust scheduling system for clients to book health consultations, massages, herbal therapies, and so much more. The result is a set of visuals that perfectly captures the feminine and energizing vibe her brand needed.
